Professional
Qualifying from The University of Derby in 2014 I went on to work within the NHS with the local Acute trust. Starting my career on a rotation and working on the bank this provided me with experience in Older Adult Rehabilitation, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Acute and Specialist Medicine.
In 2017 I secured my first senior post within a falls and frailty service where I have expanded my clinical skills and knowledge of the ageing population.
A passion for the care of the elderly with a particular interest in falls and frailty as well as sleep.
I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
I have also undertaken additional training and have experience in clinical supervision & mentoring students. I have training in CBT insomnia and vestibular rehabilitation.
I am a registered sole trader and trade under the name of tOTally able.

Personal
Mum to 4 beautiful children ranging from early 20s down to a toddler! Love having a busy house and busy life. Enjoy a nice walk in park with my family and dog (meaningful activity), spending time with family and friends and a great lover of cold dark winter nights with a duvet and a film!
